Dancing teachers Om and Lucy

My parents named me Sajual, my guru named me Om. My father served with the Indian army and although my native place is Kerala (south of india), I was raised in different parts of my country and finally ended up spending a good number of years in a city in India called Pune(which is about 300 km. to the east of Bollywood.) I’ve always been an extrovert all my life. I’ve been dancing for the last 10 years, I’ve had the good fortune of working in the hospitality sector and interacting with interesting exciting people from India and abroad. I lived in Koregaon park, which is the hub of international visitors to Pune ; I saw that no matter what country, ethnicity or age, people enjoyed the tune of a Bollywood song and loved to dance to its beat.

I was always inspired by ‘bollywood dance’.. I started taking my first dance classes under the training instructor Dilara. I practiced that for 4 years. Then I did rythm dance classes. In parallel, I also danced with glitz n glams dance academy…. I always made attempts to improvise, add my own steps and choreograph. In 2004, I started choreographing my own dances and became a trainer at Fusion dance academy. My first big break was when I got to choreograph a show for my Fusion dance academy entirely by myself. Thereafter I had chance to dance and choreograph several other dances including one at the OIMR (Osho International Meditation Resort) in Koregaon Park. OIMR has changed my life to a large extent and the meditation techniques I learned there helped me internalize my dance steps and music to a point where I can conjure an entire dance sequence in my mind even when I am in a train or cooking a spicy Indian delicacy in the kitchen.

My dance has become more graceful and endearing as now I am working with Lucie, who is a great dancer and which I've met in indian dancing performance Shivaś wheel of life here in Prague in the theatre ABC, where i've brought out the main role and also was one of the choreographer. With Lucie I will be starting my dance teaching career in Prague.

Lucie Linhartová

For reciting verses in the project Pasiones de corazon was designed into the price of the Festival in Italian Gorizia. Its latest and biggest film role is the Elf in the new series of tales Venušánek directed by Pavel Linhart, which will soon be listed in Czech TV. Now you can see her in the Kolowrat Theatre in the performance Karla. Lucie was 13 years devoted to figure skating, to which belonged to ballet training. Thanks to the study of acting has the elementals, modern stage and dance. To the Indian dance brought her friend dancer Jana Hemelíková Baudisová and devotes to it fully already for 5 years. She danced in the performance Shiva's wheel of life in the theatre ABC.
